jakemcarroll
Is there anywhere in town to get some ice rod blanks? I would like to give this a shot and I would love to start with an ice rod. Just wondering if I can save on the shipping and handling! Thanks :-)
upnorth
Where is town?
polarsusd81
Thorne Bros if you are in the metro area. Their blanks run from about 25 bucks and up. You can get all the parts there to build your own as well. Best place in town in my opinion.

Deitz Dittrich
Thorne Brothers, Or Midwest for sure..
upnorth
Either Thorne Bros or Midwest Rod and Reel will be able to fulfil your needs. It is nice especially when you are just starting out with rod building to actually put your hands on the blanks the rest of the components. I am sure they will be able to answer questions for you too. Or just come back here and fire away.
