Anyone see the last play of the game. Where was the illegal forward pass. There was none in my book, and it cost the industry a lot of green.

There was an illegal forward pass the first attempted lateral by LD was forward and called so after review. It didn't hit the ground so the play was still alive. The mistake was the officials thought the 2nd lateral hitting the ground killed the play which it would have if it was illegal but since it was a lateral the play should have continued and a touchdown scored.

To bad so sad!

Im with Pier, there was a pass that i believed happen. Dont matter, the game was over anyways.

Well you are right, however that does not mean the play is dead. If they had dropped that forward pass the play would heve been ruled dead, but since they caught it and threw it backwards and then dropped it, it is a live ball and the touchdown should have counted. BNS there was 66 million bet on that game and it cost a few people some green.(me included). There is a referee that might get a check from vegas on that one. They admitted they made a mistake right after the game. It would not have affected the winner, but those extra points or lack of did make a difference.

Now if we can address the poor bet on the Steelers... did you really want to win a bet that way a bet in which you had almost no chance to win what so ever?

I wouldn't worry about Vegas they made money on the Game!

Well it was the 3rd of 3 going into it and I gave up 4. Most of the late well wishers gave up 5 or 5 1/2. Either way it covered if the TD was counted. Alot of ticked off people either way, unless you thought San Diego would win.

Have to vent a little. sorry.

PierBridge, I had a comment for your comment, but said it to myself. Hee Hee. It was a solid chance. Of course all this does is give the believers ammo for football being fixed.

Oh well there is always this week. Would I have a better chance on the slots, even though I DO NOT go to Casinos.
