Perch help

3 posts in this topic

Looking for some advice to catch more perch here in southern minnesota, I am having some good success on crappies and gills, only perch I catch are the real small ones and not very often.

Do they hang in the same spots as the other pan fish?

Do I need I look deeper/shallower?

Is a different bottom type desired?

Is there a totally different presentation needed for parch?

I really would like to catch more perch, but the size and the amounts are starting to wear me thin.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mark
