grouse fajitas

Just thought I'd post this for people who are skitish about eating wild game.


1/3 cup olive or veg oil

1/4 cup lime juice

4 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 teaspoon cumin and oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt/optional

1/4 teaspoon pepper

I marinaded chopped grouse breasts in this for 24 hours. Not saying it would take that long. Pan fried hot till golden brown and put on soft tortillas with basice taco ingredients, tomato,olives,onions,cheese, sour cream. It was fabulous! Basically a chicken taste, I have a wife who dabbles into wild game but liked this.
