Chilly what a tool he is

17 posts in this topic

Bringing in punters this week, Kluwe is one of the best in the game. So he didn't kick out of bounds a couple time's, is this how chilly shows is authority? By threating the kicker's job?

Chilly has to do blame someone so that Ziggy does not wise up to the fact that he is pretty much worthless as a coach!

Yeah that’s pretty pathetic.

So did he not ask TJack to throw a touchdown?

I really wish Kluwe would’ve taken the snap, turned 90 degrees right at Chilly and punted it. grin

I think Chilly should have been disgusted with the kicker...but he is caring it way to far.

Yeah no doubt he's gone too far. I mean come on chilly, that is just dumb. Kluwe is one of the better punters in the league.

Way to go Chilly, there has to be something more productive to do this week, then pick on Kluwe. How about spend your time and effort and come up with a game plan you turd! Figure a way to get A.P more involved!

I think he was justified to be [PoorWordUsage]'d over it, but to drag him under the bus is pathetic.

I agree Kluwe is a great kicker, just made a mistake like any other player. How about Childress finding an efficent and creative way to improve our team and having them ready to play on Sunday.

At my job....1 mistake is reprimand.....2nd mistake is termination.....if ya can't do the job get someone who can......we can't keep affording these special team mistakes.

Above average players don't go by those rules we have to live with in the real world.

I'm not that concerned with Kluwes kicking. Now the IDIOTS that are supposed to cover the punt and tackle the return man, well, thats another story. Nobody stays in their lane and one whole side of the field opens up. One cut across the hash mark and there was nothing but open field. Horrible coaching and coverage discipline.

While I can't believe Kluwe kept kicking to Hester, I was more upset that Hester was able to get up to full speed without being threatened by any Vikings, where was the coverage team??? I cannot believe Chilly is considering dumping Kluwe, who out there is better?

Childress is clueless. Remember guys, this is the coach who needed half a season to figure out that Peterson(obvious future hall of famer) was the better running back than Taylor. And apparently he cant count above 7, as teams continually stick 8-9 guys in the box, yet, they run, run, run. its not that complicated...when they do that you spread the field and throw until they get out of it(ie; take what the defense gives you!). This guy has to go. Apparently the special teams doesnt ever practice breaking down and tackling. Bush is obviously a great punt returner, but for Childress to blame it solely on Kluwe is absurd. Should he have done a better job getting those punts out of bounds? no question...but everyone has an off night. Childress has had an ''off night'' coaching for nearly 3 years...enough is enough. zygi....please pull the plug!

    • You'd think they'd give Stalock a look.  His overall NHL stats are OK and not that bad down in IA either....Kemps has to have a "great" night and have everything in front of him going our way to be good...he's not going to steal games for us like Dubs can IMO...give Stalock a shot in the nets!
    • 1 I'm on board, but not sure how you go about doing that. 2 laughably impossible 3 Sure, but it's not going to make a whole lot of a difference. 4 OK, I assume it would need to be replaced with something else though. 5 is open to a lot of interpretation as to what "make no sense"   None of that really puts the power back to the people though.   Do you still envision a representational government with elected leaders?
    • The fumbling thing and also the blocking and catching the ball where all things that I thought he should have been able to improve on.  To me the failure to improve in those areas seems to indicate he might lack the right stuff upstairs.  With his physical gifts doing something like blocking shouldn't be that hard.  Its not rocket science, you just need to know your assignment and mostly just be in the right position.  Its almost like he couldn't focus on more than one thing at a time.  If he got the ball he could focus on running but not securing the ball, if he didn't get the ball it seems like he couldn't handle the concept of picking up a rusher if need be and then getting out into his route, maybe it was just too much for him to process at game speed.   Like I said he's probably the best runner most of us have ever seen but the rest of his game was so flawed. • And trust me, these things will be much easier to accomplish than some progressive or conservative utopia. That is the real pipe dream.

    • Here are few steps, I'm sure you and Del will team up and say they are impossible.

      1. Remove the two parties from power.
      2. Keep money out of politics.
      3. Dump the electoral college.
      4. Dump our tax system - not worth our time.
      5. Dump old laws that make no sense.

It might even be fun to elect a government who doesn't need to spy on everyone or bail out billionaires but you get it.

    • Bahhh ha ha ha ok there champ. More like you see someone else post up a clever meme and a few days later you claim it as you own, often failing to comprehend its meaning in the first place. Of course you do ok with a few of the easy ones.
    •   I prefer a unicorn utopia, but what can you do?   I take it you got nuthin on how you go about "returning the power to the people"
    • Look at it this way, every time a liberal posts something bad about Trump or the Republicans we are proven right. And every time a conservatives posts bad about Obama or the Democrats we are proven right. Is it really our fault that the entire political system is a hot mess? We are just here to point out the ever growing hypocrisy. I haven't seen anyone say they have all the answers, no one does but no amount of polishing those two turds is going to win anyone over.
