I haven't shot anything that hasn't already been mentioned, but one duck I would really like to put the bead on is a Black Duck. I have had only one reasonable close encounter with them when I had 3 land outside my diver string. Other than that, I don't believe I have ever shot at one. However, it might be a little difficult to sort them out from a mallard in flight.

Ray, black ducks are pretty easy to tell if thier flyin with mallards, never seen it in my years as they like to fly in little flocks five or less. my brother and I tagged one in 1997 and will never forget it as he got it mounted december 2nd was the day and he made me walk in the ice/slush to go get it in my waders will never forget it.

walk down to your local creek and shoot a wood duck while ya can they will be gone pretty soon
