Carpenter
We have a PierPleasure pontoon lift that has the two center 2x12s (I think) and it sits too high out of the water to get the pontoon off in the fall. There are some different level settings, but they won't help. What I want to do is make bunks for the toons to rest/slide on and remove the 2x12s. Anyone know how to make a decent set of bunks or know where to get some "kit" pieces that all I need to buy is lumber? Thanks,Mike
Surface Tension
Is it being lifted by the frame now?The manufacturer should have the bunks for a pontoon.
Shack
I am just finishing putting new bunks and side bunks on my boat trailer. I was going to do a post on how I made mine next week. Maybe I will do a two part and get some pics up tonight or Thurs day for ya. If you want to make some, verses buying them.
