You seem to have the trick for turning lookers into bighters...Whats the secret?

My guess is his reply could be summed up in a word........speed. Speed thrills, and takes the fish into an instinctive mode. I think one of the biggest mistakes made is not going fast enough into and thru the Fig 8.

Here's the other thing, duck has put in the time and effort, and this is the payoff.

Sorry for not getting back sooner. On the water just about every day. Like cjac said. Time on the water is the big key. Fishing the major feeding windows is another. When you can put both them together you will catch fish. I fish alot around what the sun and moon are doing. Big blades and lots of speed has been the key.
