Outstanding job by the MPLS. Police department !!

In another forum some of us discussed what's real crime and

how do you prevent it.

This in my opinion is real crime, and this is how you prevent it. (Proactve)

These are the kind of operations that make ya [PoorWordUsage] proud of a Police Dept. and the Cops that do this kind of work.

Police Shoot, Wound Robbery Suspect In Mpls.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― An armed robbery suspect was shot by police officers, one in plainclothes, in south Minneapolis.

The officers were in the area in response to a number of food delivery drivers being robbed.

One officer was posing as a food delivery driver when three juveniles approached him Tuesday night. Police said one of the suspects pointed a gun at the officer.

The officer pulled out his own gun and fired, striking the suspect twice in the torso. The two other officers rushed to help, and one of them also fired his weapon.

The wounded suspect was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. His condition has not been released.

The three officers are on paid administrative leave, which is standard procedure in such cases.

Police took a juvenile male into custody. Authorities are still searching for the third suspect, who escaped the scene.

Good for them. That is good police work. If someone puts a gun in your face, you should be able to fire no matter what.

The third suspect was caught also. MPLS CRT (or CRACK) teams are some of the best.
