Does anyone know of some good pannie lakes near the stillwater area?

I'd like to get into some big pannies.

ANy info would be greatly appreciated..!!

YFG- Big panfish can be hard to find, and when someone does find some, they can be a well kept secret. People dont talk them up much. You may get some answers in the panfish boards here on FM.. I would just suggest you go out and try some lakes.. Bigger fish will be out deep this time of the year. Past the weed edge. IF you can find hard bottom areas that may be key.

Lakes?... White Beat has decent fish, Forest has a very good population as well. And there are a bunch of smaller lakes as well that hold good fish. Just have to get out and try em.

young fisher guy long lake on the west side of Stillwater has a good population of crappies. You may get some from shore this time of year. You will get prety good buldhead action and some can be good size
