Plastic Swimbaits Melting

6 posts in this topic

I was out on the lake the other day, unzipped the back of the Lakewood to pull out the ferocious box of plastics and two of my newest swimbaits made from Formula "X" plastic look like they melted? One of them had part of it's face drip off and the other lost it's dorsal fin. Has anyone heard of such a thing? I am not sure what to do with them...deal with the manufacturer or the retailer?

Thanks

Yep, the formula X plastics need to be kept totally apart from other plastics....little bit of a pain but as simple as that.

Can different formula X plastics be kept together? Or, do the colors start bleeding on each other or melting?
