Manny a Yankee?

9 posts in this topic

Does anyone think Manny will end this season as a Yankee and stick it to the team that supposedly mistreated him?

Although it would be fun to watch, why would the Dodgers trade Manny? The deadline is past already anyhow.

ehhhh...the trade deadline really means nothing. Teams can still make trades...players just have to clear waivers.

oh that's right...after spending 5 seconds in L.A. he decided he wanted to retire as a Dodger. What a complete loser he is.

I laughed when I seen Manny saying he wanted to retire as a Dodger. [PoorWordUsage]!

You really think Manny Ramirez is going to clear waivers???????? lol

If Manny gets $20 mil a year again, there's something wrong with baseball.

    • I gave up trying to watch it. I think the guys dog filmed it with a Go-pro strapped to his head.
    • Bernie has not a lick of common sense. He appeals mainly to those fuzzy-brained dreamers and of course that includes many of today's youth,   who despite having great school systems, cannot learn much more than how to operate a cell-phone. A thoughtful politician can dream when he's having a snort or sitting in a duck blind or golfing but when the tires hit the road he's gotta function within some realistic parameters.  Bernie can't do that. Nothing personal Bernie, but it's time to go home and sit down-the election is over and nobody will be interested in you next time.
    • Still best smoked, as they are an oily fish, too.
    • I am having the same issue with mine. I believe it's a gen 2 that's 2 years old but only been out 3 times now. Took it out last weekend for the first time this year and the hose was stiff and the fittings leaked. I contacted jiffy and they said it needed to go to a service center to be repaired. I called the service center and they would have to order the part anyway. I've tried finding the hose around town but everywhere is sold out. That's definitely going to put a damper on the nice weekend coming up. I'm really kicking myself for going with the propane and not an Ion. This auger was my first experience with jiffy after having and Eskimo and strikemaster. My strikemaster was the 3 blade that had some issues with bending the blades. I called them to find out if there was a replacement that I could buy and they ended up swapping it for free and this was after having it for 6-8 years. I'm very disappointed in the service from jiffy on a 2 year old auger with defective parts.
    • For me Tullies have always been rather strong flavored. Always needed a lot of smoke to cover that up.
    • Looking forward to the results of your experiment.
