Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

Good, now he can act stupid on the west coast and we won't have to watch him on tv. You know when you have to watch all 30 Yankee/Red Sox games, ok, it just seems like 30, he is sickening and just bad for the game.

I agree. Manny is a flat out stud hitter. Around .315 career hitter with over 500HR and something near 1700 RBI's. and two world titles. Jason Bay-- come on. Teams like TB and the Yanks and others in the AL (Angels,Sox and Twins) are glad he's gone to the NL while teams like the Cubs, D-Backs, Phillies etc will have to face a first ballot HOF likely in the playoffs.

Kinda of odd seeing Manny end up with Joe Torre.

The Q is -- can he keep the "Dew" rag -- Most say no.

Manny will be Manny and be upset and not run out grounders and not dive for balls.

Manny is a cancer

I will give the guy credit for his hitting ability, but he has no respect for the game as far as playing it the right way on both sides of the ball. I have never liked him and feel bad for the kids that think he is someone to emulate. Total classless act. Kirby had fun with the game, laughing, smiling, and messing around, but he had respect for it. You never saw him dog it like Manny does. Sometimes I don't think he even understands the concept of the game. He may be fun when he's happy, but how often has he whined about his contract in mid season and demanded trades or just pulled himself out of the lineup becasue he's not happy today. Ya, I want that on my team.

Dogged it on a ball hit in the gap last night. Let the batter get a triple instead of holding him to a double. I think it was still scoreless at that point. He was lucky that didn't cost them the game. Too busy worrying about his next AB. Not worth having, period.

manny is a stud. I would love to have him on my team anyday. One of the best hitters in baseball

Agreed. He is one of the great hitters in the history of baseball, and while yes he is a little oddball during the regular season, his performances in the playoffs are legendary. He will be in the Hall of Fame.

I also would welcome him on my team anytime. I forgot to mention he has 2 rings.

His butt should be on the bench....anyone who takes almost 6 seconds to run to first base is a JOKE. He is a disgrace to the game of baseball.

Let him retire as a Dodger...that's a good place for him.

Manny is a joke and he would be the last person I would want on my team. If he actually put some effort into defense and base running, got an attitude adjustment, and stopped being such a slacker he probably could be one of the best players in the game. But until then he is just a joke who wants attention.

There are much better players out there who try their hardest every game that I would choose over Manny any day. The Dodgers definately got the short end of the stick in the trade! Go Jason Bay!

no way did the Dodgers get the short end of the stick. They got a hitting machine in their line up. Jason Bay is a no namer. Lets not forget Boston won two WS with Manny. Counldn't have been to much of a cancer. Was Manny 4 for 5 last night?

    • Ain't even Labor Day yet. As my bus driver use to say "What's da matter witchya?"
    • LOL  Absolutely right! Delmar, didn't you ever winter camp? In a tent, in the snow? You should try it! Or, put a barrel stove in that palace of yers! Nothing like a cracklin' fire to come back home to...that's what makes it fun!!   Now HERE's an uninsulated cabin! And fulla bats, with no windows! Screens and sheets!  Home for me and my buddy for 3 days every year while fishing the tourney up in McGregor. 29* at nite.....
    • Oh boo hoo,   fare weather cabin dweller. The spring and the fall is best time spent around a fire inside or  out.
    • The first snowmobile that my Dad owned when I was a kid was a 340 Arctic Cat Panther that looked just like this one:   After I left home I didn't get back into snowmobiling until 1998 when I bought one just like this little number brand new:
    • Glad your well guy took care of the problem.  But a drilled well typically has a submersible pump down at the bottom of the well so it needs no priming, regardless of circumstances.
    • Gets a little chilly with a space heater and no insulation...
    • Foreign even! They sure like this site for some reason....
    • Dear Del, Regurgitate it all again, since that is your only option and nevermind the truth behind how the human body works.  Del, you let a handful of bad seeds sour your taste for Chiros but fail to see that you were prescribed high cholesterol meds during a routine blood test that you probably no longer takes due to new findings on cholesterol.... LOL, cant make this stuff up, it really happens, but go ahead and post a link from some Gazette you found on page 5 of your google search.  LOL, cant make that stuff up either, it really happens, and its being threatened to be used! Whoa ho ho bud, scary materiel there.... "You must cite studies but I can copy and paste from SportsAuthority and some "The Patch" article"  Wow, step down from that mountain top you seem to think you belong on daily.  "Cite studies on an opinion you dont hold, but i have insinuated you do time and time again as ammo against you, because chiros are crazy" LOL, man Del, get off the internet bud. I've explained the relationship between the quads and hamstrings, I dont need to cite a study but I am very glad to know that in your eyes,  something only becomes effective once it is commercialized, a study is worked up-people are paid and you are influenced that its good through repetition of those things and tightly toned bodies.     The only thing I disavow that I somewhat defended in the past on here was processed sugar and cane sugar.  Pure evil.  I consume anywhere from 3-6g of processed sugar weekly, dropped from 200 to 188 in about 2.5 months and you couldnt really tell except for my face a little.  You want to see an adult on a sugar high, you dont have to go far to see one....   I'll be waiting for you to share someone else's article and opinion..... Your friend, -Juice
    • Problem solved... There is a pressure valve about 8 feet down.  Turn off the power, open a valve and when the line pressure drops below 15 psi it self drains to 8 foot down.  Extremely happy as this makes turning water on and off for the weekends sooo much easier than going down to the lake and priming the pump with 5 gallons of water poured into a 1 inch pipe..
