Prairie Clover and ?

The first one depicted here is a member of the Prairie Clover family. This species is called the silky-downy.

Then I captured these little beauties but I can't seem to find them in the Peterson Guide. Any help?

For the record, they are 4 plus feet in height and grow directly in the water.
