Minn Kota Powerdrive V2 trouble, help?

just bought this dang thing last year and after the first year it hasn't worked properly. First it was drawing way too much power out of my batteries and blowing fuses as soon as I would try to turn it on. As soon as I got the fuse to stop blowing it worked for about an hour and now I can't get it to turn on. I can use the foot pedal to turn the head of the motor no problem but whenever I try to turn on the motor it just makes this click sound. It sounds like the click is right there in the control board of the main motor mount. I don't know what to do? All I know is I am getting a lil agitated, mite move on to a motor guide the next go around.

Is it a 12V or 24V model?

take it in its should still be under warrenty..find a place that does warrenty work that motor i believe has 3 years on it..if its bad and cant be fixed they will swap it out..
