Chatterbait rookie question

Dumb question so I'll keep it quick.

Which eye do I tie my line to? The one on the end of the blade or the one on the jig itself?

I just picked up one yesterday and I'm a little confused looking at it.

Tie onto the blade, not the jig. Hopefully you got at least two because the toothy critters like them alot.
