My prefered method of tick prevention has been clothes treated with Permanone with Permethrin. A fellow at work told me he uses Goldbond Mentholated powder with his Boy scouts and that it works quite well. Since I often stop off after work To fish from shore or hunt in places that have ticks and don't have clothes pretreated with Permanone with, I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Gold Bond in the green can?
