1995 Merc 90 HP tiller question

When the throttle is turned up to full speed the engine hesitates before opening up to full throttle. We added Seafoam to the gas and it has improved a lot. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe another fuel treatment would resolve it the rest of the way. Otherwise I'd replace the fuel filter and check all connect to make sure they are tight. If that doesn't resolve it then a fuel pump kit would likely do it.

You also might want to try replacing the ball on the gas line. Sometimes that improves things...
