Bird ID

I like taking pictures but must confess I am not good at bird ID on non waterfowl species. What do I have here?

Bobolink (pronounced like the name Bob followed by uh-link). Nice little prairie bird with an appetite for seeds and insects and a call that sounds a little like a modem dialing up. Looks like it's upside down from other birds--light on the back, dark underneath. Nice shot.

I was thinking bobolink but didn't think they had the yellow cap on the head. I assume that is a male in the pic.
