NEW Bow Mount Electric

TUMBLEWEED

Question

Finally time for a new motor. My 35 Minnkota
is just plain tired!! It still works great, but it's just under powered for my liking.A little wind or current and its over.
Whats a good choice for a 17' deep V?? I'm thinking a 50lb Minnkota would be perfect. Not sure on 12 or 24 volt. Also, don't want to spend more than 500 bucks either.Give me some ideas..........

I have a 50 thrust transom mount on my 17' it seems to do just fine in the wind and if your talking about a bow mount you should have more than enough power. But bigger never hurts!

Tumbleweed, Without a doubt go with the 24 volt. More power and much longer lasting. I guarantee you will not regret it.
