When do mayflies usaly hatch in the area around and north of Kenora? I do not recall seeing them in the middle of June, that is when I am up there.

Mayflies are usually bad (thick) around Memorial Day weekend, however I think they were early this year, as I encountered more of them on May 14th than I did May 23.
