Nope.  Don't have weeds in my turf. But you do. Use a selective herbicide that has 2,4-D or Dicamba. You'll need repeated apps to get rid of those., 7-10 days apart.  Spectracide works well on that stuff.

And where do you buy these elixirs?

Weed-b- gone just don't have enough poof to do it, IMO, even though tt has a smaller concentration of 2,4-D AND Dicamba. I use Spectracide between my chainlink fence and the lazy neighbors fence...aka no man's land. One good shot and that's it.

Do you live behind me??  I have the same area... going to lay fabric and rock it now that its cooled down.  Hoping to only have to hit it once a year with grass killer then.

Fleet farm, or any place that sells lawn chemicals.  Read the labels.

BTW that looks more like creeping charlie than violets.

Nope we had that coming under the fence on the other side of the yard.  My wife went to flower school so knows her green stuff!  ;)

Finally, someone who agrees with me! Del's got creeping charlie on the brain....:P Almost looks like Dichondra to me....in some places, it's grown as a ground cover. That, from the turf schooling I took...I used to be able to name all those weeds by heart. Grab a pawful and take it to yer garden center....someone should have enough education there to identify it.

Cuz, killing creepy stuff down a fence line where mainly weeds grow anyway, is not in the middle of da yard! Like to keep the grass there.
