Morels, Ramps, And Fiddleheads- oh MY!!!

Recommended Posts

And even wild asparagus. What a forage day! 30 Morels, a patch of 300+ Ramps (I only picked what I can use, about 12) a gallon of fiddleheads, and filled a six pack cooler with wild asparagus.

All in between rain storms. The better half is making her patented spaghetti using venison sausage in the sauce and this plate is going in. This is really going to be a treat.

Oh yes, it is good. House kind of smells like ramps right now. I'm going to just butter fry the greens off the ramps. Just to eat. I'm such a pig. John
