Eskimo Customer Service

Anyone have any experience with Eskimo customer service. I emailed them last week and haven't got a response. I also called each of the past two days. The lady said she would transfer me to a tech. Both times I waited about 15 minutes and answering machine came on to leave a message. I left a message both times with my number and what I was calling about. Haven't heard back yet.

I have had great customer service through them. Took care of me and sent me the fix for my auger free of charge. Had it the next day.

Did you call their number from geteskimo.com? Did they have you talk to a tech?

Unfortunately I don't remember what number I called. The receptionist got me the pieces that I needed and said it was all under warranty. Very easy and helpful. Sorry I'm not any more help.

Thanks for all your replies. I got a hold of someone on the phone to help today. Hopefully it takes care of my problem.
