Looks like the weather is going to be 60 degrees warmer this year laugh

Makes you wonder how we survive doesn't it?

I will not be unhappy with the temps that are forecasted. I think it will be the first time we haven't about froze for the potluck on Winnie. My fingers are crossed.

Just talked to Dixon's. There is about 16 inches of ice. Snow cover is a little light but there are some drift spots to get snow for banking. Pike have been running and she said to bring your panfish rod.

Pizzas in the lodge at 7 on Friday night.

We have a few pike. Nothing real big but a couple big ones have been spotted. I had one hanging around a little yesterday that was trophy material.

Panfishing has been real good and a couple walleyes have been caught. We have had a few big walleyes swim through.

Raining and sleeting right now....

Neighbor_guy, goose and I have all struck scales this morning. Gooses first ever, my second. My first was yesterday. We saw a mid 30 inch pike but he didn't offer a strike. Speaking of strikes, we've had 3 hit the dekes this morning. We got two of em!

Matt picked up a 35 yesterday on one of our tip ups. Goose got her first tip up pike yesterday too!
