BTL
I bought a Kyocera Hydro Elite a couple weeks ago. It's waterproof up to 3 feet, and it does everything I need a phone to do. No complaints yet.

I used to be the same, a Driod man from the original Driod to Driod X, to Driod X2 to Razr to Razr Maxx.Went to a Samsung S4 last summer, I'll never have another Motorola phone. Look into it when you're ready for a new Maxx.Oh, and I use an S4 for everything.

LMITOUT
I doubt I'll be getting another Droid or Motorola phone again unless they improve their camera interface and picture quality. Other than that the phone is great. The Samsung's don't do anything for me. Not a fan of the size and I've read some rumors that the S5 will be a 5.3" model. No thanks. I am not even a fan of the S4, it is just to big to use as a phone. Sure, its nice to have a bigger screen for the web, but I still use mine for a phone as well. You may as well just use your tablet. Look into it when you're ready for a new Maxx.Oh, and I use an S4 for everything. Yeah, I'll be looking into the samsung S5. The S4 battery life is poor for a phone of its vintage and capabilities. Rumors are that the S5 will have a 4000 mAh battery. If I can handle the 5.2 inch screen I'll get one of those, but I'll have to see it first. That's getting pretty big.
