Got the pool (18 x 48 above ground) all set up. I'm working on making it clear. it's pretty good now, but a little cloudy. according to the test strips, my ph is low and my alkalinity is high. ive been adding ph minus to try and balance it. I fill with well water, and when I start, ph and alkalinity are both high, very high. the only thing I have seen that lowers alkalinity is ph negative, but now I'm at a point where my ph dropped below what I want, but the alkalinity is still high. any suggestions? If it matters, I'm running a sand filter and a saltwater chlorine generator. the last couple years I've had it very clear, but this year I'm fighting it a little more.

I thought I couldn’t dislike Glenn Taylor any more than I already did until today:
Glen Taylor with @ChadHartmanShow when asked if the reason for this happening is because the franchise might be worth double what he was selling it for:
"Partly so, yes. I have a responsibility to those who have been on this ride for the last 40 years."
Sellers remorse for sure but too bad for him the deal was inked 3 years ago. Hopefully the league has a way to arbitrate so it doesn’t go to court, but we will see.
