States with OTC tags?

Does anyone know which states have over the counter NR tags? Is there any states where a guy doesn't have to apply this early? I know here in IA the NR application process stopped today. I see I've already missed the MN deadline.

Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri are all over the counter. The Black Hills of South Dakota are sort of over the counter. You have to send into their state game department to get them, but they are available in unlimited numbers I believe. Need to give yourself a good week to get them mailed to you. South Dakota Praire tags applications are still open also.

Lots of turkeys in WS! Also, all MN units are open for OTC for the last 4 time periods.

lots of options out there Wisconsin is nice try and get the earliest season with the left over tags we went a little later last year and they were pretty shy after being hunting for 4 weeks

In Idaho you can buy 2 over the counter NR tags. And yeppers we have a few birds and plenty of public ground.
