carb settings

My Jiffy model 30 auger wasn't running quite right, and I ended up messing around with the carb settings to the point that I now can't get it to start. I know that I have seen the initial settings posted before, but can't seem to find that message. Would anyone be kind enough to help out by providing the number of turns out each screw should be? Appreciate the help!!!!!

I dont know the factory starting point but if you come out 1 full turn you can adjust from there.

S.T. ....Thanks for the reply. Went out to the shed and adjusted to your recommendation, and it started first pull. Now I will have to fine tune it this weekend. THANKS AGAIN, much appreciated!!!!
