bucketmouth64
I will be relocating to San Antonio in the next few weeks. I talked to BPS associates about places to go and they said it'll be at least an hours drive to go fishing. I will have to research and find resovoirs to fish and will have to learn how to fish resovoirs. When I do move one of the first things we will have to do is drive to these resovoirs and get them plugged into my gps. Are there many guides in the area? Are there marinas that rent boats? What other species of fish other than largemouth are normally in the resovoirs?Aside from fishing, what else should will I need to learn about Texas living? Someone said make sure you shake your shoe before puttting it on or put a sock in it. Also, learn the biting critters and identify the poisonous ones. OutdoorVariety
Check out Lake Calaveras for some good catfishing. Fished a tournament there last month and they had some nice blues brought In. One was 18 pounds.
