Members Only Fluid Forum View   08/08/2017

Fluid forum view allows members only to get right to the meat of this community; the topics. You can toggle between your preferred forum view just below to the left on the main forum entrance. You will see three icons. Try them out and see what you prefer.   Fluid view allows you, if you are a signed up member, to see the newest topic posts in either all forums (select none or all) or in just your favorite forums (select the ones you want to see when you come to Fishing Minnesota). It keeps and in real time with respect to Topic posts and lets YOU SELECT YOUR FAVORITE FORUMS. It can make things fun and easy. This is especially true for less experienced visitors raised on social media. If you, as a members want more specific topics, you can even select a single forum to view. Let us take a look at fluid view in action. We will then break it down and explain how it works in more detail.   The video shows the topic list and the forum filter box. As you can see, it is easy to change the topic list by changing the selected forums. This view replaces the traditional list of categories and forums.   Of course, members only can change the view to better suit your way of browsing.   You will notice a “grid” option. We have moved the grid forum theme setting into the main forum settings. This makes it an option for members only to choose. This screenshot also shows the removal of the forum breadcrumb in fluid view mode. Fluid view remembers your last forum selection so you don’t lose your place when you go back to the listing. The benefit of this feature is easy to see. It removes a potential barrier of entry for members only. It puts the spotlight on topics themselves, and not the hierarchical forum structure. You as a member will enjoy viewing many forums at once and switching between them without leaving the page. We hope that fluid view, the new functionality is an asset that you enjoy .

If you look above the bear you will see a 15 year old girl that is very upset tonight she had this bear come in tonight and when it gave her the perfect shot she drew her bow and the arrow fell off the string hit the stand and the bear ran away my friend didn't think of it till later that the trail cam might of atleast caught the bear but it also caught her standing in the tree drawing her bow.

What a bummer for her but still a great experience. The same thing happened to me while hunting whitetails before. Those kind of things tend to only happen once. Since then, the first thing I do is make sure my arrow is nocked tight. I'm sure she'll have more opportunities. Very cool picture. I'd put the pic on the wall just because it such a neat shot. Good luck lil' miss Archerysniper!!

That is one very neat photo. Too bad she had not got a shot at it. I had the same thing happen while hunting whitetail. From that point on always check to make sure that the nocks are nice and tight. I was very upset also when lost an opportunity at a nice deer.

    • I'm headed up next week for 2-3 days and will be back on the weekend if the trails are in decent shape. I snoozed last year and missed what little snow we had but not this year.Maybe ill get the sled broke in this year.
    •   Dang it, it will snow more and I will have one Train wreck this year!!!    If I have to drive up there!  Have fun and watch those trees on the Brisk Pace ride!
    • Don't believe I've ever tried spam, but it does look tasty big D. Grilled over charcoal would probably would help a canned processed something or another out..
    • Im riding tomorrow ,,, Hope the twin cities gets hit with this next weather forecast (cant call it a storm yet) You guys that wait for perfect conditions ,,,, Well hope you get perfect conditions ,,, meanwhile Im spinning my track on what trail conditions we have up here
    •   When she does a load of you underwear?
    •   Meh, Mrs. Big Dave2 says something like that about 3 times a week.......
    • I agree Bear...last yr was OK but not the improvement needed...and it is doom and gloom if you consider our accomplishments over the last 7/8 years and the horrendous cap space situation we are in...I will go out on a limb and say that Leo will stick to his word and consider "anything short of a Cup win this year as a failure" and I 100% agree with that statement and hopefully Fletch will be gone. Personally I would hope they would keep BB as I think he is as good or better a coach as we could find.   I would also bet as dismal as Bhawks are playing this season....they will win their 7th Cup before MN win's their 1st.
    • Anyone have knowledge of any fishing guides that guide on Red Cedar Lake near Birchwood during summer?
    •   Watched a ton of funny videos on the Tube of Diggs catch.  Interesting how many people know the name of "Oh My God" when that happened!
    • You have a week from today to get the MN permit in Jan.26th
