I know its not one them there fancy ones they sell today but it killed deer back then why not now! I am so pumped to be bow hunting again, i am done fighting for a good rifle spot. 3 weeks togo!!! Does anyone know if the sights they sell in the stores today will fit on a older bow? I found some tru glo that I like and are inexpesive, I just want to know before I buy. Thanks! JeffB Posted August 26, 2009 Share Posted August 26, 2009 Yes, the sights should fit. Just take it with you to a good bow shop. I would also replace the string even if it looks good they lose their strength over time and dry out. If you haven't shot in a while a peep sight will get you off to a good start as well.
