More Studio Spiders

Recommended Posts

Often when I'm out in the field shooting spiders and insects, I find a few to bring back to my home studio for some more up close and personal shots. As always, they are released alive smile

My favorite is the zebra jumping spider. I think you are right about it's being a female, judging by its lovely smile and long eyelashes. Just kidding of course, I know nothing about arachnids. But I know a little bit more now. and promise to be more tolerant of common house spiders in the future. Thanks for the tutorials. And the zebra jumping has a wonderful depth of field.
