grpd
Can you folks tell if the vinyl looks as good as carpet and what one would expect to pay for it? Also saw where one store had Dot Marine Vinyl and I guess this is to cut down on the slipperage. So anyway, is slipperage a problem, what would one expect to pay on a 16' and does it look ok. Thanks much for any info
BoxMN
I have been a vinyl fan since I put Dot Deco brand on my pontoon and 16' boat rehab jobs. I used tan, and it looks great I think. Do a search and you should find links that I put up showing both my toon and boat. Not slippery, and we use boat for duck hunting in cold and ice and mud. Easy to clean. Doesn't retain water like carpet. It does get hot in sun, but so does my carpet (darker on different boat). I said it plenty but I will not ever get carpet again, except snap in carpet OVER vinyl main floor. Good luck.
