fry em up 2 day
Does anyone use the single hook spoons,? or do you change them to the treble hooks?
Crusty old Swede
Yes, they work as well as treble hooked spoons. Many people change trebles out for singles in the belief that fish stay hooked better on singles. One "fore sure" benefit with singles - fewer tangles in the landing net. fry em up 2 day
3 hooks versus 1 hhhhhmmmmmm? alright thank you !!!
Northdrifter08
I switch everyone one of the trebles on my spoons to single hooks... once the fish is hooked it rarely comes off... trebles don't drive as far as a single hook does...and it seems that if a fish rolls or jumps... out pops the treble... Just 25 years of experience on the big lakes fishing trout and salmon talking...
