Trail Cameras?

Thinkin about getting a trail camera, but dont want to take out a loan . Which one is the best for $200 or less?

I have 4 moultrie 4.0mp (flash) camera's that work real well for the money which is going to be right around $100. I also have 2 5.0 models and honestly don't see the need to have the 5.0.

Cuddeback No Flash are great...price has dropped to 199.

I picked up the Moultrie i40 (< $200)this year after reading many threads on this forum. My reasons:

1. Long battery life verified by many users. Some > 6 months.

2. No flash. Not as much for the deer but to keep other people from knowing there's a camera there.

If I wasn't concerned about the flash, I would have picked up the Moultrie D40 (<$100)

unless things have changed, I'd think twice on the Cuddeback. From all the reviews I've seen on this site I wouldnt go near one. One statement pretty much summed up the consensus, "friends don't let friends buy Cuddeback"

My roomate just put one of these out 2 weeks ago. It seems to work good. A tree branch full of leaves fell in front of it during a storm and it filled up the 1GB card, so that week's pics were shot.

I bought the Moultrie Game Spy I40 this week and we are going to compare them.

Moultrie i40 is a pretty good camera for the price. Only bad thing is the cheap strap.

I picked up 2-scoutguards a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The cameras are the smallest available,reasonable

price,infared and one of the fastest recoveries available.

Ended up gettin the stealth cam nomad IR 5.0 MP w/video. Tried it at home and so far so good except when its low light conditions when the IR's light up i get a pretty white pic. when its totally dark out its fine. Any one else have feedback on this model?
