HELP!!!!!!

I lost the part of mmy baitcasting reel that controls the spool tension. its the knob that is right under the handle. if you don't know what i'm talking about, if you tighten it, your lure falls slower, and if you loosen it, it falls faster.

anyways, what is that part called?! i lost mine and i don't want to go spend another $80 on another reel

if you could let me know where i can buy spare reel parts that would be great.

its called "the knob"

You should be able to find a parts break down of the reel that will show you all the parts/part #'s

It is called a Spool Tension Knob Assembly and the part # is CX 333-01 if your reel is a Quantum Accurist AC500PT and if it is not just search for fishing reel schematics.
