Just thought I would pass this on and try the lastest recipe in the Outdoor News. Its venison chili and is very tasty.

1.5 - 2 lbs venison in 3/4- inch chunks

2 medium onions diced

2 15 oz cans tomato sauce

2 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes

1 large green pepper diced

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon oregano

1 or 2 cans kidney beans

In medium stockpot brown venison and onions in 2 tbls oil. Add the rest. Simmer covered over low heat for 2 hrs. Very good.
