Madison River

1 post in this topic

I am vacationing with my wife and 3 young sons The week for July 18th. Staying at Madison campground in Yellowstone. Hoping to do some fishing in the Madison River. My fly fishing knowledge is less than desirable. So teaching 3 boys for me is out of the question. I am hoping to use ultra lite spinning gear and casting bubbles, flies, and floats. IS it a good idea to bring waiters or hip boots. Any advise or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
