Approx price to survey a city lot

Putting a fence across the backyard. I live in Burnsville, have a basic lot approx 80x140. What would it cost to survey my lot? Thanks.

We live just west of Chaska and paid approximately $300.00 a year ago.

Thanks. I know between my house and neighbor is a metal stake under the ground by the blvd. Don't exactly know where, was thinking of renting a metal detector to locate it and measure from that point. Also, been told the utility box is generally on the property line, so, that could be a point to reference. Only need to know one side, neighbor has a fence on the other side, however, he guessed where the line was!
