urban cowboy Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 You could troll them like jerk baits over the edge of weed beds... right on the drop off where the weeds meet deep water. This would NOT be a put the rod in the rod holder and have a beer type trolling. You would pump the rod work the lure while you troll them. Good luck. 50inchpig Posted June 10, 2009 Share Posted June 10, 2009 Use a rod that allows a good hookset since you'll be trolling slow, and don't stop the boat right away when you get bit, two mistakes I made my first few times trolling the dawgs.
