Post hole digger & welding

1 post in this topic

Hope this is the right forum.

I picked up a Danuser post hole digger at an auction very cheap compaired to new, with a 9" auger and a 12" auger. The 12" auger is not a danuser, and am having a hard time finding the right blades for it. Can I buy the danuser blades, fill in the bolt holes with a welder and redrill holes so the blades I buy will fit the auger? How does one fill the old holes with a welder? or better yet what is the best wat to fill in the holes on steel.

Thanks in advance.....
