Hi, I have a old International Harvestor Super H Model J 35hp tractor. It seems that it's not getting gas, I spray starting fluid in the intake and it takes right off. So I pulled the carb and cleaned it, it was real dirty. But looking at the needle valves I notice the gas was way out. Does anyone know what the settings would be on this, air and gas. Thanks in advance.

First setting of the air jet 1 and a 1/4 turns out from seat,fuel jet 1 and a 1/2 turns out from the seat. these are your starting setting, fine tune the setting for acceleration and idle.

That's how I set them on my M, give or take. Have you verified that you are getting fuel to the carb? Dumb question maybe but worse things have happened. Could be a plugged filter or line.
