Not sure of the answer to your question, however, I think everyone who fishes should buy both stamps and a liscense.

If you can't afford that small amount take up bird watching.

I am done now.

I was recently told that anyone over the age of 65 does not have to purchase a trout stamp to fish for trout. I find that hard to believe or is this true???????

Its True, have the 09 Fishing regulation book right in front of me. Only have 17 years to go. Hope I live that long. grin

Why? There are a alot of seniors that can't afford grocerys or medication, and you think they should have to buy both stamps and a license to fish once or twice a year. I say let them fish! Please never run for public office.
