If I'm fishing with kids, then bass (mainly because they are easy to find and catch)

now if i want a noble, thinking man's fish...a real man's man fish, then its walleye, hands down.

I learn something new everyday. By your definition a "real man" is one who sits and "thinks" about fish for six hours and maybe even catches one. Wow, I hope to be a "real man" when I grow up! LOL.

In minnesota, definitly the walleyes.

Down here at Ft Campbell, KY...... i go for bass... they get a lot bigger down here.

but overall, I get excited every time i go on leave so i can go up to MN and whack the eyes.... and a nice muskie every now and then.
