Do you see these very often? I thought maybe they were very furtive. The only time I saw one, I thought I was imagining things. Something about that bill is so different. Nice shots.

Netley Marsh is infested with Sora along with a multitude of aquatic and non-aquatic bird speices. Sora's are fairly elusive birds, I think this is more due to their foraging habits and the thick vegetation in which they live in. I watched one this morning at fairly close quarters. It didn't seem overly bothered by my presence as it scurried along the thick layer of fallen rushes.
