Bass Opener Secret Word!

Should be a great opener in MN.. Weather sounds perfect and the bass will be snapping.

I will be on my home lake (Gull) and expect to do quite well.

Look forward to seeing a number of nice fish posted..

ENJOY!

I don't know that the nice weather is a blessing other than it makes long hours in the boat more enjoyable. Last Sundays conditions were perfect in the weather sense but the fish weren't very active at all.

Ugg, the wife had one on today that would would have been her best yet. I got a great look at it, just wish my arm was about 2 feet longer.. It was pushing 5.5lbs if not more.. She was beating me up pretty good from the back of the boat. I rigged her with a 3.5" Castic JerkyJ swim bait with a jig head for weight. The thing had some great action and the bass agreed with it... Between the 2 of us we boated just short of 50 fish today. Biggest we put in the boat was only 16" though. Her lost bigun was a hear breaker.

Barring a miracle I wont be sending a picture in this weekend. Tonka is kicking my butt, glad alot of you are catching em, as I am thinking those who thought 30+ lbs was gonna be a cakewalk will be eating cake instead..
