Catmendo
The area that I've been visitng in the very early hours these past two mornings is literally infested with a huge variety of migratory birds. On the shores of Lake Winnipeg and in this case on the edge of massive Netley Marsh, it is proven nesting grounds for a multitude of bird species. From bald eagles to ospreys, marsh wrens to yellow headed blackbirds plus many, many more! Tomorrow assignment...Rose Breasted gros-beaks, I've spotted them both mornings thus far! Besides providing me with nice photo opps. he was also busy singing his heart out as well!
