south_metro_fish
I know in my area it has been to dry for a good season but it seems the south has got enough rain for a good year. I know last weekend in SE MN the shrooms were probably nearing their peak. But what has this excessive heat these last 2 days done to the morels in the different areas? Hoping there might still be a few around SE MN this next weekend.
Burchoid
I'll be looking tomorrow near Mille Lacs... I imagine they are going good there now.In the cities here, I don't know. It got pretty hot and dry for a couple days. It DID rain last night/early morning so that might have helped, but was it enough in time? harvey lee
They may have started to mold. If you see white on the shroom, you can cut out the white but do not eat the white mold.
