I had a huge piece of Bass for lunch, got sick of the "old grouch's" whining, took the ATV out for a 2 hour ride in the woods. Best part of my day, didn't see another soul around. Saw lots of birds including half a dozen eagles, some grouse, a few deer, a fox and possibly some wolf tracks. No mushrooms though.

I really have never searched for them before, so I am not even sure where to look. But my neighbor has been gushing on and on about them and I am getting very curious about them. The prez of LGFWS has hunted them for years so she knows what they look like, but she wont share her secret spots. cry
